This cottage is home to the Coral Reef and Surf Haven rooms.

Set in a wooded backdrop among the tree-tops, this very spacious,  guestroom with kitchenette, is an ideal retreat!

The Surf Haven accommodates two (2) guests and is appointed with a queen-sized bed, private full bathroom, Kitchenette with sink, counters and cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, flatscreen TV, AC/Heat and indoor dining table and seating.

The covered balcony of this upstairs room is also appointed with outdoor chairs and overlooks the peaceful, wooded hillside.

Complimentary use of a shopping cart is also provided, while shopping The Mountain, The Pavilions and The Villages of Old Mill Marketplace, or any other location off-grounds.

The Mountain Taxi, our complimentary golf cart taxi, is at your service too!  Just give us a call any time at 713-775-1620, for a ride to any location on the Old Mill Marketplace grounds!
