Currently relocating to a beautiful 5 acre property just a few miles north of Canton, The Dockside Cottages will again offer a relaxing end-of-day retreat.

At our previous location we provided accommodations consisting of sixteen (16) separate guest rooms in seven (7) different cottages, and accommodated up to sixty-five (65) guests.  Owning not only the buildings but also the land (!) now gives us the opportunity to ensure that the property is well maintained, unlike the previous location, where we owned the buildings (not the land) and operated under a commercial lot lease agreement that left us with no control over the surroundings, infrastructure (roads, utilities, etc.), and general maintenance of the surroundings.

The new cottages will each have access to all of the property amenities, and each will have it’s own private outdoor space too, giving you the added benefit of enjoying your morning coffee or cool afternoon beverage in the wooded surroundings with the blue jays and cardinals, tree frogs and fireflies!
