Canton Mayor, Lou Ann Everett, Kicks Off the 2nd Annual Fundraiser at Boot Hill

Boot Hill Restaurant & Entertainment Venue in Canton, Texas announces the Kick-Off of its 3rd annual fundraiser benefiting  the Van Zandt County Veterans Memorial and Museum, coincident with National PTSD Awareness Month in June.

Boot Hill and The Dockside Cottages will be collecting donations through Veteran’s Day,  November 11th, 2021 with a goal of reaching $2024 as part of this “Boot Hill Fill The Boot” campaign. All payment methods are acceptable, and 100% of donations will be distributed to the Van Zandt County Veteran’s Memorial & Museum, within one week of the conclusion of the Fundraising Season.

During the June 2020 Canton First Monday Trade Days Weekend, Boot Hill  celebrated Veterans and First Responders in a weekend-long celebration by offering a 20% discount to Veterans and First Responders!

During all consecutive Canton First Monday Trade Days weekends, there will be live free entertainment including live, free music on Friday evenings and on Saturday evenings we host the “Best Karaoke in East Texas”, with prizes and giveaways.

Additional activities associated with the fundraiser will be announced in the coming weeks.
